Refund Policy

1. General Principles
Padel Pickle Club provides digital services, including directory listings for Coaches and Clubs, and premium news content.
All purchases made on our site are final and non-refundable, except where required by UK law or as explicitly stated below. By purchasing a listing or subscription, you acknowledge that you are purchasing an immediate digital service.
2. Directory Listings (Coaches & Clubs)
When you purchase a listing on our directory:

Immediate Performance: You request that your listing be published immediately. In doing so, you acknowledge that you waive your right to the standard 14-day cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, as the service has been fully performed upon publication.

No Partial Refunds: We do not offer pro-rated refunds for subscriptions cancelled midway through a billing cycle. Your listing will remain active until the end of the paid period.

Removal for Breach: If your listing is removed by us due to a violation of our Terms and Conditions (e.g., offensive content, invalid insurance, or fraudulent credentials), no refund will be issued.
3. Premium News & Subscriptions

Cancellations: You may cancel your news subscription at any time. Access will continue until the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be issued for the remaining days in the current cycle.
4. Disputes Between Users (Players vs. Coaches)
Padel Pickle Club is a directory platform, not a service provider for the actual sports coaching.

We are not responsible for refunding money paid by players to Coaches or Clubs for lessons, court hire, or events.

Any dispute regarding the quality of coaching, court conditions, or cancellations must be resolved directly between the Player and the Coach/Club.
5. Discretionary Refunds
While our general policy is "no refunds," we reserve the right to consider refund requests in exceptional circumstances entirely at our sole discretion.
To be considered for a discretionary refund, you must contact us within 7 days of the transaction. The decision of Padel Pickle Club is final.
