• Technical Data: Includes internet protocol (IP) address, browser type and version, time zone setting and location, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system and platform on the devices you use to access this website.

• Profile Data: Includes your username and password, your interests, preferences, feedback and survey responses.

  • Create a Coach Profile;

  • Give us some feedback.

1. Performance of Contract: Where we need to perform the contract we are about to enter into or have entered into with you (e.g., publishing your Coach Profile or Club Listing).

Purposes for which we will use your personal data

 

• To register you as a new customer/user: (Identity, Contact)

• To process and deliver your listing (Coach or Club): (Identity, Contact, Financial, Transaction, Marketing)

• To publish your public profile: By submitting a Coach or Club listing, you acknowledge that specific data (Name, Bio, Photos, Professional Qualifications, Business Contact Info) will be made publicly available on the internet.

• To manage our relationship with you: Notifying you about changes to our terms or privacy policy.

• To deliver relevant news and content: Delivering the newsletter you subscribed to.

• To administer and protect our business: Including troubleshooting, data analysis, testing, system maintenance, support, reporting and hosting of data.

 

6. Disclosures of Your Data

 

We may have to share your personal data with the parties set out below for the purposes set out in paragraph 5 above.

• Service Providers: Acting as processors based in the UK or US who provide IT and system administration services (e.g., hosting providers, email marketing platforms like Mailchimp, or payment processors like Stripe).

• Professional Advisers: Acting as processors or joint controllers including lawyers, bankers, auditors and insurers based in the UK.

• HM Revenue & Customs, regulators and other authorities: Acting as processors or joint controllers based in the United Kingdom who require reporting of processing activities in certain circumstances.

• Coach/Club Listings: Retained for the duration of your active listing. If you delete your account, public data is removed immediately, though internal records may be kept for tax purposes for up to 6 years.

• Newsletter Data: Retained until you unsubscribe.
